- Pick one day to plan at a time. Do not try to fill in the whole week at once.
- Write down the idea first, in plain words, before you think about format or channel.
- Choose one format and one channel for that idea. Keep it simple.
- Write a short hook: the first line someone would read or hear.
- Add one call to action, then mark the status so you know what is left to do.
